“Book author, photographer, Ibiza aficionado – I started my professional career as a journalist in 1997. And I got to know and love Ibiza a few years before that.
While I reported on four Olympic Games and several European and World Championships up to 2004, I now advise companies in the tourism, sports and lifestyle industries, have written two Ibiza travel guides and relaunched German IbizaHEUTE in 2021 - and served as editor-in-chief until September 2023 .
I have been coming to Ibiza for over 30 years, have found my second home here and now live on my dream island for over 110 days a year. Nevertheless, Ibiza and Formentera surprise me every day anew thanks to the fact that I “have to” constantly discover new stories because of my “vocation”. Not a day goes by when I don't get to know unexpected aspects, new exciting places and, above all, fascinating people. This is the greatest privilege for me! And I am deeply grateful for that.”
