Especially in winter, everyone in Ibiza asks the same question: What's currently on? That's why I would like to present a small, fine selection of restaurants that are now open (again). Not the “classics” that are open all year round, such as the Bar Anita, the La Escollera, the Jockey Club (on public holidays and weekends in winter), the Sa Caleta or the La Torre (which is unfortunately no longer recommended during the season, but still until March 22nd offers an inexpensive lunch menu Monday to Friday). But places that not everyone knows yet - and that are some of my personal favorite addresses.
